Jay Bishop

Bio

2024 was Coach Bishop's 5th season at Valley View and 12th overall as a varsity football assistant. Originally from Paragould, he spent the first 7 years of his career on staff at Heber Springs (AR). In 2020, he made the move to Valley View to start working as a member of the defensive staff. He currently serves as a Safeties/Secondary coach for the Blazers and teaches History. He and his wife Tori have two little boys, Jack (5) and Joel (2).
