Bio

Coach Wilbanks finished his 25th season as an assistant coach, including 6 seasons at Valley View with 5 conference championships. Coach Wilbanks’ coaching stops include Marion, Mcgehee, Nettleton, Mountain Home, Jonesboro, Harrisburg, and Valley View. Five of these teams have made playoff appearances with 6 appearances in the state semi- finals, he has also been the strength coach for 5 of these stops.
Coach Wilbanks graduated from Gillett High school and was a 3 year letterman as a pitcher at Williams Baptist college. He has been married to Stacy for 24 years and has 3 children, Atlas (20), Annika (18), and Everlee (10). His hobbies include blacksmithing where he was a Forged in Fire champion and runner-up in 2 appearances. He is also an amaetur strongman, winning several regional championships and top 10 national appearances.
