Coach Carter just finished his 4th season at Valley View as the offensive line coach. 20 years of coaching experience with previous stops at Greene County Tech, Millington (TN), and Highland as the Head Coach & Athletic Director. He has been married to his wife Kasey for 17 years and they have two daughters,
Addaline (14) and Kali (11).
